Hi Jeremie, The Mail Archive app is considered by me in order to get a redesign, the only problem is that it is the last in my list :) see http://design.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Proposal/CollaborativeApplicationsso it might take a long time for me to reach to it, but since you said the UI could be similar to Forum it is a great news.
