Hi, All is explained in the contrib wiki ! :) [1] First thing is to request a contrib project on github (see "Requesting a Project"), so basically you have to propose a name for this project. Then when someone from xwiki committers finds some time, you'll get your repository created and you can proceed to next steps ;) Note: it's a day "off" for many people today in France, so maybe you won't get an answer very fast - the list is not very active today as it seems.
