The best would to change ownership of this project to the xwiki-contrib organization (you can do this from the repository settings). In term of naming, I’d propose the following to follow our naming practices (see http://contrib.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome#HRequestingaproject which has names for apps and macros but not for apis yet!): api-localized-sort WDYT?
