Also, since our current threshold/target of 1600 days (4.4 years) is past
(+13 bugs over the target) we need to raise it yet again.

Our options are:
A) 1700 days (~4.7 years) -> 36 bugs
B) 1800 days (4.9 years) -> 90 bugs

My +1 goes for B) since it's a reasonable target (at 10 bugs average per
BFD, we`d need about 8-9 BFDs) and we won`t have to change it again too
soon.
