I found few diagrams in the old XWiki Architecture page: http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Drafts/OldArchitecture. I was looking for something similar to these diagrams. Are they all completely invalid now? Do you have any plan to add such diagrams for new XWiki architecture?
