It's very easy to reproduce. I just downloaded standalone xwiki 8.0 from the link http://download.forge.ow2.org/xwiki/xwiki-enterprise-jetty-hsqldb-8.0.zip and installed rtwysiwyg extension via extension manager. Then created a page http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Default/ , then created the second user, opened in another browser the same page and received the same error about rendering.
