Yes, Marius. Add a new Admin UI section to configure ratings using the http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Administration+Application#HMakingyourapplicationconfigurablewithConfigurableClass . Are there any other thoughts on this proposal? I would like to start implementing it.
