Yes. Moreover, it's not just about adding a one line

<dynamicField name="*_zh" type="text_zh" indexed="true" stored="true"
multiValued="true" />

You also need to define the text_zh type (i.e. which filters and analysers
to use). I searched quickly on the web and I could find
