Note that I could work on "Bring back what’s on exo into the Repository app” + 
the config option for the home page. I may need Caty’s help on the CSS for the 
home page of the Repository app.

@Thomas: Would you be able to work on the following for 8.3 (i.e. enough time)?
* Introduce a new “recommended” property in EM 
* Have a  way to see that an extension is recommended in the EM list (possibly 
when viewing details only for now)
