Indeed, good catch. I guess we could make this more visible in the EM UI.

This problem remains and it could also be some missing info in the UI.

Now I hope that the fact that all deps are re-installed in the root namespace 
isn’t going to cause problems anywhere. It’s not very nice that when this 
extension is installed it’s causing such a big change.
