In your title you say "Local maven repository in Extension Manager”. This works for sure and once you’ve aded "extension.repositories=maven-local:maven:…” in xwiki.properties, you can then using the Extension Manager admin UI to install extensions (using advanced search). Now according to http://i.imgur.com/ep9yazr.png you seem to be using the Repository Application (http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Repository%20Application). Is that correct?
