Not sure what’s the use case for receiving both realtime mails + digests, do 
you have one? For the user this means duplicate info, no?

Yes, a configurable grace period would be very nice. This is quite useful to 
avoid spamming when you notice you made some typos for example or you didn’t 
use preview and created a broken link, etc. ;)
