Hi,

If you add options line to the watch file, it results in doing the
scan more time.  The total number of scans is equal to the number
of opts lines plus 1.

Yeah, it is.  In the first watch file, there are two separate watch
lines that are being processed -- the second with the opts applied and
the first without.  Closing this one and will hopefully get the man page
clarified through #733272.
