"/watch/sf.php/bowtie-bio/bowtie2-2.2.4.zip" is the first sign that
something is wrong. That should just be the filename.
The problem here is that your filenamemangle is too eager. It causes
the entire matching href to be used as the destination filename. The
below is a simpler, and correct watch file.
