Indeed, it is. UDD doesn't gather the Package-Type information. I had been considering switching the default URL to https://api.ftp-master.debian.org/madison and this looks like another reason to do that. In the interim you can use either “rmadison -u https://api.ftp-master.debian.org/madison …” or add RMADISON_URL_MAP_DEBIAN=https://api.ftp-master.debian.org/madison to ~/.devscripts.
