Hi!
Currently, when a package has a newer version available upstream, it
is not reported at all on DDPO and on tracker.debian.org, it says
"problems while searching for a new upstream version".
Examples:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/fvwm-crystal
https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=bernat&comaint=yes
I am unsure on what is managing this, so I file this generic bug here.

Thanks for your patch!
I've integrated it. Now I have 2641 packages with errors in unstable,
which looks is more in line with what's expected.
Looking at the errors, uscan doesn't seem to use the <errors> tag, but instead
output its errors in the <warnings> tag. (but that was already the case).
The most popular errors are:
1065 /no matching files for watch line/
982 /failed: (400|404|401|403|406|410|500|502|503|521|301|302)/
514 /uscan returned an empty output/
23 /No good upstream filename found after removing/
21 /Filename pattern missing version delimiters/
12 /no matching hrefs for pattern/
5 /debian\/watch is an obsolete version 1 watch file/
4 /ailed to parse XML: /
3 /potentially unsafe or malformed uversionmangle pattern:/
3 /malformed opts=... in watch file, skipping line/
2 /potentially unsafe or malformed dversionmangle pattern:/
1 /unrecognised option fullsourcemangle/
1 /Unknown protocol in debian\/watch, skipping/
1 /In debian\/watch, potentially unsafe or malformed filenamemangle pattern/
1 /debian\/watch ended with \\; skipping last line/
1 /could not open debian\/watch: No such file or directory/
1 /Can't determine protocol and site in/
Thanks again, I'm closing this bug.
Lucas
