This is what happens when bts(1) attempts to use a mail reader that
doesn't exist:
$ bts --mailreader='moo %s' show --mbox 123456
sh: 1: moo: not found
Problem running mail reader: Inappropriate ioctl for device
The error message "Inappropriate ioctl for device" doesn't make sense.
