devsuite installer supports only users with Red Hat Developer Account.
it means registration with social account doesn't work.

Workaround would be:
1. Visit registration here
https://developers.redhat.com/auth/realms/rhd/login-actions/registration?code=rAAJsUjKrvSMRBFSY5mpfvp87g9LS8Xub8_bjkj7lvI.68060bb4-4525-4f5f-98aa-98651b2fab74
2. then use e-mail/password in devsuite installer
