Yes

and based on the "instability" of Istio on OpenShift (pre-beta at this
moment), I like spelling out more steps and removing "magic", for when the
next version of Istio ships it is sure to break everything - with the
detailed steps, it will easier for the end-user to self-debug the problem
(oh, this directory structure is slightly different).

I have been trying to get Metrics to work, I was hoping that flag would help

In any case, metrics have not worked for me for months.

(EFK does not work either).
