Dear Bro Rudy,
Meditation Is Not Like Sitting Doing Nothing, Do You Ever Feel Hungry Right
After You Finish Meditation?? If So, And What Does It Mean To You?? It Means
Your Body & Mind(s) Are Working Very Hard!! Have You Ever Realized That?? And
Talking About Body Is Easy Explaning, But When We Are Talking About Mind(s), It
's Much More Complicated Than You & Everybody Think Of.
Talking About Mind(s), Is Something You Just Can Understand But You Can NOT
Imagine What Will Happen, & This Is The Point That You Yourself Has Not Reached
Yet!!
Does Your Teacher Explain Everything About Meditation Like Other Teachers
Usually Do To Their Pupils??
It's Better To Make Everything Clear To The Pupils, The Goods & The Bads,
Before They Swim Alone By Themselves In The 'Unknown Deep Ocean'.
With Metta, Ika.

HUDOYO:
In vipassana meditation, there is no risk/danger at all. In vipassana
meditation, the meditator just observes whatever physical & mental phenomenon
arises from moment to moment. Nothing to be anxious about, nothing to be feared.
Maybe what you said applies to other kinds of meditation, I don't know, but
CERTAINLY NOT TO VIPASSANA MEDITATION.
Regards,
Hudoyo
