In OpenBSD 2.4, when dhclient configures my interface (Adelphia Cable, using a LANCity
modem), I get zillions of kernel messages from ARP complaining about duplicate
addresses for 0.0.0.0. Is this normal?
As soon as the interface is configured, they go away, but recently their dhcp server
must have been down and I got a larger number of these errors which brought them to my
attention.
