Your DHCP server is consuming 4M of memory, according to the status
check you ran. I doubt it's responsible for the problem you're
reporting. Lease memory consumption is static. It doesn't matter
how many leases are active - what matters is how many leases you've
declared. If you declare a thousand leases, memory for those leases
will be allocated immediately, not as the leases are used.
