Several questions today. :-)

dhcpd=v2pl18 system=rhl5.2

I'm seeing the following message appear a several times in my dhcpdlog
files. Does anyone know what it means?

  Mar 22 16:59:07 ipip dhcpd: fallback_discard: Connection refused

Also, I'm seeing "duplicate lease" messages. How does one end up with
a duplicate lease? It seems to be concentrated on my "shared"
networks.

What level of logging do people generally run with for dhcpd?
Currently I have it set on 'notice' because 'info' was generating
HUGE log files.
