The correct sarcastic rejoinder excapes me right now, so I will simply
point out that since it's a server-specific file, I put it under
server/. doc/ contains internet drafts and RFCs relevant to the DHCP
server, and nothing else. Perhaps I should rename the directory,
since a lot of people seem to assume that all documentation must be
contained within a doc/ subdirectory if one exists.
