I have a similar setup with 2 100 MPS ethernet and one ATM card
configured to have 4 inerfaces (VLAN) like lane0 , lane1 ..
First you decide what interfaces you want to use for DHCP purposes .
Example , if you want to lease out on interfaces hme0, lane0, lane1 Then
you can start dhcpd as
dhcpd hme0 lane0 lane1 &
Ofcourse, for all other interfaces , which you will not be using for
DHCP purposes , you just need to put an entry in the dhcpd.conf
