I have just set up a new server for dhcpd and it seems to be running ok,
except that the time shown in dhcpd.leases is wierd. The clock on the
system (shown with the "date" command) seems fine, but the dhcpd.leases
dates are off by about 9 hours.
Any explanations greatfully appreciated.
