I accidentally put up pl21 instead of pl26 in the pl26 tar file. If
you type ``dhcpd -d -t'' and it says it's pl26, please let me know
the details of it crashing and burning. If it says that it's pl21,
re-fetch the tar file. Sorry for the confusion.
