I am running dpcp server version2pl18. I have a laptop forwhich I have
an entry in DNS on two networks with same hostname. nslookup returns
following for the hostname

nslocum:~: nslookup toy
Server: localhost
Address: 127.0.0.1

Name: toy.research.bell-labs.com
Addresses: 135.104.54.12, 135.104.26.143

nslocum:~: nslookup toy
Server: localhost
Address: 127.0.0.1

Name: toy.research.bell-labs.com
Addresses: 135.104.26.143, 135.104.54.12

When I move my laptop to, 135.104.54 network, I get the error "no free
leases on 135.104.54 for mac adress". If I restart dhcp server, it can
handout the lease next time. If, I restart dhcp server again, it again
fails to hand out the lease. So it alternates between handing out the
lease and failing between each restart of dhcp server.

Is it related to the fact, that everytime, I do a nslookup for my
laptop, it alternates between 2 ip addresses as 1st and 2nd ip addresses
(see the nslookup outputs above).
