Make sure that you have the DNS settings as 'disabled' on your win
clients...  I serve about 80 win9x hosts w/ the ISC server and have no
problems.

You may have to fiddle with the dialog box that sets up DNS on your
Windows box - it's possible to set it up so that it ignores the DHCP
server, and it's quite counterintuitive.
