What I have done for my NT box is add the "unknown" options to the
registry... Search for a key named "DhcpOptions" and add options there
like the existing options... This way you can easily set up a nice feature
like a time-server registry entry. eg: hklm:time-server="dhcp";
I've simply put all of them into a temporary value... which is used by all
"unknown" options.
Note: NT requests options explicitly that are in the registry, and dhcpd
will return those nicely first (afaik)... But you'll loose the "unknown"
events this way....
btw: shouldn't dhcpd check the requestfield and only return those?
