yes that is what I am saying Knut. 

we need to have a kind of front end for doing war file upgrades including a one 
to do mysql db update/replace business. because even if we put instructions on 
the web page - there are still rooms where filed workers mess with the system. 
And that is creating a problem -- imagine how it feels users missing one full 
release for a very silly error.

Well I have taken a look to it - even I have used that as well. but

what I am saying is that it is not as such to the comfort of users who
are used to installing software by clicking next, next. I mean there
should no room left (at least manageable and we can do it) for users
to mess with it.

Could you elaborate on that? You think the Bitrock installer is too complex? Or 
do you mean that  the instructions on the webpage are too complex for users? If 
the latter is what you mean, I agree completely, and we should definitely try 
and create an "upgrader" which is as easy to use  (or easier) than the 
installer.
