In this case, that is quite easy, since there's only one. Select Datasets in the menu, then click on the first icon under operations. The tooltip says "Assign dataset to organisation units". In the next screen, Select all at level 5 (assuming that is where you collect the data). Save. Now, when you go to DataEntry, your data should be visible when picking level 5 orgunits and the right periods 2) When it comes to creating new users, you should start by creating a new user role, and assign suitable permissions.
