Hi,

Can you tell us which .war file specifically you downloaded? A lot of
changes have taken place with the code lately. We should perhaps provide you
with the very latest build.

If you want to, you can also send me (not the list) a 7-zipped copy of your
1.4 database, and I can see if I can get it to import here.
