Has anyone been able to import an excel sheet directly into DHIS 2? I have a number of districts who collect data from multiple facilities, and if the excel sheet was constructed similarly to the data entry form, could the sheet be imported? This kind of error often comes because it takes a while for the server to get started. So first advice is to wait a little longer and refresh the browser. If the problem is still there, something has probably gone wrong with the DHIS 2 startup.
