If you see the SQL code and BIRT report that I sent along with that discussion, I basically used a custom aggregation routine to persist NULL values during aggregation, so that they appear as blanks in the report. Lars, with the system settings you mention, would the same result be possible with the DHIS aggregation engine (with the addition of the COUNT operator that I use in this example).
