Bug description:
In "Generate Report" function of "Excel Report" menu after chose the orgunit to
show all the list of reports for this one. But this list does not woking.
Thought these reports had been assigned for that corresponding organization
before.

This function working fine, please check again, the use must go to Report User
Roles in Report module, Administration/Report User Roles
