Bug description:
When you click on the completeness button in data entry form, it is supposed to
trigger the validations checks. And the form can only be recorded as complete
if the validation checks are all ok. But in the current release the
completeness button does not trigger the validation checks and and the forms
are being recorded as completed although there are values which are wrong
according to the validation rules. However from the validation rule module
itself works properly.
