The link to "Excel Reports" service should be
"selectExportReportParam.action" or the like for Excel reporting tool,
not "viewDataEntryStatus.action"
The intention for this with viewDataEntryStatus is quite understandable but I
don't think it's necessary to duplicate this link(both with DataEntry Status
and Excel Reports).
For example, if a users want to export/view reports.... they'd likely not care
much about Dataentry status and they prefer to see the direct function
(export/viewreports or the like), It's quite time-consuming for this.
And if they wanna check out the status of dataentry, easily they can check it
out after data entered.
Or if a health manager who never enters data but just wanna export/view
reports, she/he simply can chose the output (report forms) to check out the
data-entered also.
