Dear Murod, At the present, the translation function for Orgunit and Category, CategoryOption also which had been deactivated or disabled. So that, we can not use this one right now. But it's still working on Dataelement. You can check it out again.
The reason of removing that function because we are trying to find the best way though DHIS2 has already developed so many good directions to proceed for Translation module to make it more faster and more flexible. This reason is also the answer for your question on "why it always shows default the orgunit's name" but not showing your translation language of that object even you had chosen the specified database language setting for it. By the way, I really don't know the other way to provide you with translating those strings. Maybe, you would like to be waited for a good news as soon as possible. Thanks !
