Hei Quang, It's okay here... with my computer (just built successfully a few minutes ago). Sometimes before I also got errors like that... check out your Internet connection... try AGAIN... just downloading libraries. Btw, I often use: mvn install -Dmaven.test.skip=true to SKIP the test cases due to time-consuming.
