lists should now load with data in them in IE7... Tried to apply fix to most
lists I could find.
Please test to see if any other lists are still not fixed.

Bug description:
When using IE7, the two lists of "available" elements and "assigned elements"
when you for example add data elements into groups, do not work. They are just
empty. This applies to: assigning elements to groups, assignings category
options to categories, assigning categories to category combos. Probable all
those lists, but I did not check for all of them.
