Public bug reported:
When there is an untranslated dael inn the list of daels (a dael group,
for example), it's opened to be translated... then after finishing the
translation and automatically going back to the dael list (by clicking
the SAVE button of Translation session)... nothing changes referring to
the translated dael because the list(the dael group of that dael) has
not been refreshed YET ... until the "Data Element" on the left-hand
side is clicked again (leading to /dhis/dhis-web-maintenance-
datadictionary/dataElement.action)
