I strongly suspect this is an encoding issue as mentioned yesterday. Also, I do not really understand where the list of complete artifacts are. Basically, Doxbkx will only build what needs to be built. I think since the Vietnamese documents have been altered, then they will be rebuilt. Otherwise, there may be a way to force the Docbook maven plugin to rebuild everything, even if it does not need to be. This seems a bit pointless. Ideally, if we could have a web link to the /target directory of the builds that result from Hudson, then everything should be there.
