Hi, I created an empty database in Postgres and then run with DHIS2 (2.0.4) but can't login... due to no default user (admin/district) So, I've to use pgAdmin to insert an user for admin with some updates for related tables, such as: userinfo, users, userrole, userrolemembers, userroleauthorities
