Bug description:
The javascript function for clearing the selected organisation unit in the
orgunit selection tree is fragile. It is using ajax/asynchronous requests to
clear the selected orgunit before the tree is built. Sometimes the clearing is
not finished before the tree is actually built, which causes the tree to be
still selected.
