(currently not yet support this validation and possible consequences: invalid
bugs (672894; 672916; ...))
Because after a stage confirmed completely it could never go back for modify!!!
Lacking of information leads to misunderstanding the basic principles of the
system!
An pop-up message (still having but be uninformative) when user tries to
execute the 'Complete data entry'
The user should know the affect of their doings.
