The input-form of 'Patient': (Maintenance-->Beneficiaries and
Programs-->Patients-->Add new)
the order of (first-name, middle-name, last-name) should be flexible for local
users,
for example, for East Asian countries(specifically, in China, Korean, Japan,
and Vietnam) order: (last-name, middle-name, first-name)
It would bother the local users a lot while they have to enter a list of
"Patients" and also have to concentrate on keeping the right order of the
'Name-based records'.
