Hi Kim Anh,
When selecting data-elements for a program-stage, we can mark into
checkbox next to the dataelement if you want to it is mandatory data-
element.
Into Case-dataentry, when clicking Completed button, the system will
check mandatory data-elements. If they have no values, the system will
not change the status of the stage is Completed.
If you want to show a message clearly, could you please edit it into
property file ?

Because after a stage confirmed completely it could never go back for modify!!!
Lacking of information leads to misunderstanding the basic principles of the
system!
An pop-up message (still having but be uninformative) when user tries to
execute the 'Complete data entry'
The user should know the affect of their doings.
