The dialog box that pops up when clicking the delete icon on the Dataset
Section Management site, is titled "The page at <url> said:", and the
message reads: "Are you sure you want to delete this dataset?"
- Find a more proper title for the popup window
- Edit the text to "Are you sure you want to delete this section?"
