User can't generate the report which was created by himself
Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
Invalid
Bug description:
There are two types of user. The first one have user role authorities. The
second one has almost authorities except user role authorities.
When the second user create data entry form or excel report. This user cannot
see see reports which were created by him/herself which only can be assigned in
user roles.
I think the reports which created may be managed by admin, but the reports
which created by specified user should be available for him without assigning
from other users who have related user authorities.
